The first step in getting your NAS system installed is by having a chat about what your needs are, and what you want the system to be able to handle.

Consultation

After the consultation, we create a system plan. This is a detailed report on our recommendation of what you need, the costs associated, and how long it'll take to install.

System Planning

If you're then happy with the system plan, we go ahead and install the system, so all you need to do, is use it!

System Install

After install, we test all the required features to ensure everything works, whether it be the automatic backup system or the file sharing network. After which we'll provide training on how to access, use and if applicable, maintain the system so you're not left in the dark.

Continued Maintenance

Like with anything bit of technology, your NAS system will need upkeep maintenance. This would include things like software updates, hardware cleaning from dust build up, software errors from overbuilt cache or simply even issues with your hard drives. Upkeep is the best way to keep everything safe, secure and working properly. Some people choose to learn how to do this and undertake this responsibility themselves however we can take on this role and periodically visit to look everything over and make sure things are working as they should.
