Some upcoming changes!

For those not aware, Media4You is in a transitionary phase right now. We know what works and what doesn't, what people are interested in and what they're not, we know what services are the most popular and what services hardly anyone hires us for. We also know the difficulty in navigating around the website with so much information available to you!

Therefore, we've been working hard behind the scenes to make some important changes:

1. We're currently working on an all new Homepage layout to better condense all the information into a quick glance instead of a full 'tour' of our services.

2. We're changing the navigation layout at the top of our site to be more easily navigated and more compartmentalised so you're not bombarded with information. This will also help those with accessibility needs and for those using screen readers or narration software's.

3. We're reducing the amount of available options within our online store to focus on the more popular items. Although it's amazing for us to provide our customers with a wide range of product options, our online store is not a main focus to the business, and has instead always been a way for me (Ben) to showcase my Art on products that can be useful for your home or office.

4. We're going to be further reducing our overall service options, to better focus on our upcoming Drone Consultancy section so that we're not being stretched so thin across the board so that we can provide the detailed time needed for the nature of the consultancy work!

5. We're going to be merging our tech and workspaces together so that it's easier for visitors to understand what services we're actually offering.

6. The pages that are yet to be fully updated and state "coming soon" are nearly all complete and will be put online shortly!

We are currently developing our first drone consultancy service. On the Isle of Wight, there's a diverse array of people, organizations, and industries, leading to the most frequent question I receive: "How do you actually stop a drone?" It turns out that the answer is not straightforward. The second most common question is, "How do you implement an airspace restriction to prevent people from flying in a certain area?" And the list of inquiries continues from there! In our upcoming drone consultancy service, our initial focus will be on counter-drone security, including methods to deter, prevent, and stop drones. We've been approached by the Isle of Wight Prison, Island car clubs, gun clubs, yacht clubs, and the Isle of Wight College. Additionally, we've had engaging and informative discussions with some of the largest maritime and aviation companies on the island through a business centre in Ryde. All these groups have raised similar questions regarding specific laws, countermeasures, equipment, and methodology. Since this area has generated the most inquiries, we decided to begin here.
