Cancellation Policy
Thank you for looking to book with us, please read through our policy carefully BEFORE booking, to understand your rights. If you need to CANCEL your booking with us, you can do this by contacting us, up to 7 days before the starting time of the booking. If your booking is paid for, you will not receive a refund. If you need to RESCHEDUAL your booking with us, you can do this via your account or email link, up to the day before the starting time of the booking. We understand things happen and we won't judge you for needing to phone us, we'd rather you phone than not show up!
